Cathy Wade Shepard has been licensed since 1980 and obtained her Broker's license in 1981. She was associated with Pacific Union from June of 1996 until February of 2004 when she Joined the new Wine Country office of Sotheby's International Realty.

 She previously owned and operated CWS Real Estate Investments in Sonoma for 8 years, serving clients in Contra Costa, Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties. She is a member of California Association of Realtors where she serves as a Director, the National Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors. She holds the Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and Certified Residentila Specialist designations.
